Refund Policy
All sales of desserts and baked goods from Cake Lady Studios are final. Due to the perishable nature of our products, cash refunds will not be issued under any circumstances once an order has been picked up, delivered, or served.
If a product is found to be unsatisfactory, the customer must notify Cake Lady Studios within 24 hours of receipt of the order. At our sole discretion, Cake Lady Studios may offer one of the following remedies:

A replacement of the original product, if circumstances allow; or

A store credit to be applied toward a future purchase.
Any claim must be supported with appropriate documentation, which may include photographs and a written description of the issue. Failure to provide such documentation may result in denial of the claim.
Cake Lady Studios reserves the right to determine the validity of any claim and to refuse requests that do not comply with this policy. By placing an order with Cake Lady Studios, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this Refund Policy.
