• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery or pickup.

• It is the customer’s responsibility to properly transport, store, and handle desserts after pickup/delivery.

5. Refund Policy
Please refer to our Refund Policy for details regarding returns, credits, and replacements. All sales are final; no cash refunds will be issued.
6. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

• Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, and soy.
